Rich Garcia of the Air Force Research Laboratory visits to talk about “The Air Force’s Directed Energy Research Program.” Directed Energy involves lasers and high-power microwaves, plus the technologies to accurately put those energies on their targets. Plus the summer issue of ASFacts will be on hand.
