Description:

All Friends of Bubonicon who plan to volunteer their help at Bubonicon 39 are invited (and strongly encouraged) to attend an organizational meeting 7:30 pm Friday, August 17, at Some Stuff From Huff Studio, 5900 Domingo NE. This is a former radio station one block north of Central Ave and four blocks west of San Pedro, so look for the tall tower.

At this meeting, we will go over the 2007 convention program schedule, talk about volunteer positions and duties, explain the rebate system for working, have our gofers (workers) sign up for their preferred time slots, and hand out some movie or book swag to all attendees (subject to what has arrived from our donors).

So, please plan to join us one week before Bubonicon 39 begins! All volunteer workers are very much appreciated!
