Reports on Bubonicon 40 (finances, comments, etc) and the Denver WorldCon; plus Confirmation of the Bubonicon 41 chairperson (only the team of Craig Chrissinger & Kristen Dorland was nominated in August). Voting rules will apply (dues paid up to date and a minimum number of meetings attended in the last year).
