Program Book Invitation and Advertising
The Bubonicon 40 program book features cover art by Bob Eggleton and Harry O. Morris, along with written contributions from Carrie Vaughn (a Perry Rodent story), Ian Tregillis, Jane Lindskold and Baen Books’ Toni Weisskopf. On the eve of Bubonicon’s 40th outing, we also hope to have some early convention memories from one of our long-time local fans. Other Bubonicon memories and rat-themed articles/stories are welcome! Along with Perry Rodent-influenced filler artwork.
We will print approximately 560 copies of the program book, photocopied with black ink only. The editor uses MS Publisher 2000, but also accepts jpeg or pdf files when they are saved slightly larger than the final image size in the book (please inform the editor before sending PDF files as we have had some technical difficulties in the past). Camera-ready hardcopies for scanning accepted, too. Typesetting available - inquire about any additional charges.
The deadline for all materials is Monday, July 28, 2008. All payments must be made to the “NMSF Conference” and sent to PO Box 37257, Albuquerque, NM 87176.
- Full Page: 6 1/4″ wide x 7 1/2″ deep, $67.00 total.
- Half Page: 6 1/4″ wide x 3 3/4″ deep, $50.00 total.
- Ask about rates for fannish organizations and local friends of Bubonicon.
