A family friendly, yearly convention focused on comic books, creators, and comic book publishers for comic book fans.

The Southwest Comic Book and Creator Showcase brings the “Old School / Old Man Convention” into the modern day. With a mix of mainstream comic book creators, comic book dealers, and indie creators; there is something at the show for every comic book fan. There will be creators and vendors of all things pop culture on hand to fulfill all your geeky needs.
20+ comic writers & artists such as:  Andy Kuhn (Bubonicon artist), Mark Fenton, Aaron Campbell (Bubonicon artist), Shawn Zinter, Alex Riegel, Ryan Cody, J. Saturday 10 am-6 pm, Sunday 11 am-5 pm.

We’ll be hosting a Drink and Draw benefiting the Hero Initiative. Stop in for a beverage after the show and unwind while getting a Hero Initiative Coaster Sketch from one of the show’s featured artists.  Featured Show Artists – Drink Specials – Sketch Purchases benefit the Hero Initiative.  8:00-10:00 pm Saturday, April 18, in Duke’s Bar & Grill (inside the hotel.
