Health & Safety Policy 2026
Facial masks are encouraged in crowded situations, but not mandated. You decide on your comfort level – but, remember, Con Crud is a real thing.
Pass & Badge Policy
Everyone 13 years of age or older at Bubonicon must have a pass & badge to be in any of our programming rooms. This includes during the Costume Contest, the Gaming Room(s) and the Con Suite. We will do badge checks at various doors of entry.
Youth Discount Policy
Discount prices on Youth Weekend Passes apply to anyone 13-19 years of age as of Sun, Aug 23, 2026.
Children Policy
Children Under 13 Years of Age are free at Bubonicon, BUT must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, and must exhibit proper hotel etiquette (i.e., not running through the hallways). Children under 13 will not be allowed in the Art Show without a guardian due to possible mature themes being exhibited.
